I am excited to tell everyone about the new project that I am working on. We Love Cerritos. It is a drive to create a better community. Location is very important in determining the success of a project. Cerritos California is a great city with a lot to offer for residents, local shoppers and tourists. This is an effort to drive and create a better community. I am personally building a coalition of leaders that will be working together for the improvement of the community of Cerritos, California.
We Love Cerritos will;
- Drive consumer traffic to local establishments, the Cerritos Auto Square and Los Cerritos Center
- Support and showcase the Cerritos Library
- Build community so that nobody feels marginalized in their own city.
- Preserve and share the local history of Cerritos California
- We Love Cerritos will be working in partnership with other the industry sector located in Cerritos California.
- Create and build a sister City program with Seoul Korea in order to promote world peace and provide assistance for each other during national tragadies such as natural disasters.
An open source community platform
We Love Cerritos is not a mission driven organization. We are an open source community platform. This community organization is a platform that we develop on. An open source community platform increases the exchange rate value by building partnerships with other organizations.
The power of exchange
Exchange is not a reference to money. It is defined as increasing value by getting people to work with each other to build community. An open source organization platform seeks to increase a communities exchange value by building mutually beneficial partnerships.
Focused on Outreach
We Love Cerritos is a focused on outreach and building connections like the world wide web. It is not a proprietary platform that focuses on ownership and protecting the right to property like Microsoft Office. It is an open source platform like Google Docs. An open source community organization allows the community to work together like the different parts of an airplane. If one part of the airplane is not working properly than the entire air plane has trouble.
A system that works together
An open source community platform like We Love Cerritos turns the entire community into a system that works together like the different parts of a car. If some part of the car stops working than the entire car stops working as it should.
Connecting People with Resources that already exists
The primary goal of We Love Cerritos is to connect clients to resources that already exist. It is like using a smartphone to find a shop that we are looking for. We Love Cerritos is founded upon collaberation, cooperation and goodwill among neighbors.
Joining the global community
Expanding an open source organization to include partners outside of our the community is a great way to increase the value of exchange for Cerritos, California. We aim to hyper connect with people on the human level outside our municipal district in order to bring additional attention and resources into the City of Cerritos. For example the Cerritos public library was a $40 million project built by CW Driver Contractors of Los Angeles. We can develop a partnership with CW Driver to help showcase the Cerritos Public library as a work of art. It is an award winning building for its architecture. The Cerritos Library is internationally recognized for its use of technology, art and architecture.
